We provide free shipping on order above $150.

How can I get the price?

Please sign up for a new account with Zivawireless. Once the account is approved, you will be able to login and see pricing for all the products.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to multiple countries worldwide. Customer is responsible for the international shipping cost.

What are the payment options?

We have a variety of payment options. Zivawireless process all major credit cards and payment options, but not limited to, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, Bank Deposits, paypal and more. Other methods like COD are considered after a minimum purchase history of 3 months. Please contact us for further details.

What packaging do you have for the products?

Most of Zivawireless products comes in retail packaging. We use retail poly bag and retail blister packaging.

How do you ship the order?

We ship through UPS, FEDEX ground service.

Do you offer any expedite shipping option?

Yes, we provide UPS or FEDEX expedite service. Customer is responsible for expedite shipping charges.

How long does it take to ship out order?

We process the order receive before 2:00 PM on the same day. Otherwise, next business day. We ship orders Monday thru Friday.

What is your return policy?

Returns are covered under a Manufacture’s defect policy. Products that have valid manufacturing defects can be replaced or recalled through Zivawireless.

Do you sell actual cellphone?

We do not sell actual cell phones.
